At Kulture Vibes, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

 

✅ Returns:

 

• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Custom or handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 Exchanges: 

• Need a different size or item? We’re happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are only possible if the item is still in stock and in its original condition.
